And are they building such shelters now as part of the rebuilding effort that they are getting high praise for? I hope they are. If not, I imaginge it lends some credence to the Isreali belief that they are employing the civilians as human shields. And that would only make sense if Hezbollah believes that "human shields" is a successful strategy: that Israel prefers to avoid Lebanese civilian casualties.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
